Get an experience of Glassblowing

Led by Setsuko Ogishi, make your own creation.

Setsuko gives a quick lesson to a non-experienced person one on one.

•Day: Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday. 
•Time: One hour lesson 11AM start for 1 or 2 people lesson / 10:30 AM start for 3 people together lesson
•Venue: Ogishi Craft Centre,Lovedale, Hunter Valley Wine Country
•Fee: 1 person for $398, 2 people for $199 each ($398 in total) or 3 people for $199 each ($597 in total)
•Number of students: 1, 2 or 3(14 years or older)

What you get 

The fee includes GST, Glass material, use of workshop tools & facilities for the class, tuition and assistance (Everything beginners need) 

Each person will create 1 item of Glass (retail value $80 ~ $100) with Setsuko. As the item takes 24 hours to cool, collection of your creation needs to be the following day. Shipping can be arranged ($30 per address ).

If only one person takes the class, we will give the person 2 items to create .

For your own safety
MUST TO WEAR:
·Safety Glasses – a pair of sunglasses is necessary for this course.
·Long sleeve or short sleeve cotton shirts, no frill on end of sleeves
·Cotton long trousers
·Fully enclosed leather upper shoes. 
No high heel or slipper type shoes.

Setsuko says Timing is a key for glassblowing.
Glassblowing is a combination of judgement, ability, artistic creativity, mental control, and physical movement.
